Four laws of the lab.

  1. Technology should be understandable.

    Jargon-free interfaces, explanation before action.

  2. Protocols should be observable.

    Simulation before signature whenever a transaction is involved.

  3. Experiments should be documented.

    Transparent statuses: what exists is separated from what is studied.

  4. Users should remain in control.

    Non-custodial. Neither a tool nor an AI signs on the user's behalf.
