Terms of use
Information concerning the publication, privacy and use of SHUI Labs.
SHUI Labs is a personal, non-professional project dedicated to research, experimentation, software development and education around technologies including Web3, Solana, security, artificial intelligence and open protocols.
Content, demonstrations and experiments offered on the site are informational, educational or experimental. Some elements are prototypes or simulations and should not be interpreted as products or services that are actually available.
Representations of SHUI tokens used in interactive experiments are visual simulations. They do not use, spend or transfer any real SHUI. The experiments currently offered require no wallet connection, private key or blockchain transaction.
The SHUI token mint displayed on the site is provided solely for informational and identification purposes.
No content published on SHUI Labs constitutes a crypto-asset offering, solicitation, investment advice or a promise of return.
Prototypes, research and information may evolve, be modified, suspended or withdrawn. Despite the care taken with the content, its accuracy, completeness or permanent availability cannot be guaranteed.
Users remain responsible for how they use the information and concepts presented on the site. This provision is not intended to exclude any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Names, graphic elements, content and software remain subject to the rights and licences applicable to them. Where a tool or code is published under a specific licence, that licence governs its use and redistribution.
If SHUI Labs evolves into a professional activity or introduces new functionality that changes the nature of the service, this information and these terms will be reviewed and updated.
